Create a web form

1. 1Open Marketing > Web forms and select New form.
2. 2Add fields and choose who new leads are assigned to.
3. 3Copy the embed code into your website, or share the hosted form page.
4. 4Optionally map a form to create a help desk ticket instead of a lead.

Website chat

1. 1Turn on chat in the chat settings and copy the widget code to your site.
2. 2Answer visitors from Conversations.
3. 3Convert a chat to a ticket when it needs follow-up.

The Lead capture report shows submissions and sources. Each submission records where the visitor came from.
