Question 1

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Every new organization starts with the full Growth plan for 14 days. No card is required. If you do not choose a paid plan, the workspace moves to Free and your data stays intact.

Question 2

Unlimited contacts on every paid plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starter, Growth and Business include unlimited contacts and records with no per-contact charges. Only the Free plan has a record cap.

Question 3

Is pricing per user?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid plans are priced per user per month, with a lower rate when billed annually. There are no per-contact charges, and Starter, Growth and Business have no record cap.

Question 4

No onboarding fees?

Accepted Answer

No. Setup is self-serve and there are no onboarding or implementation fees.

Question 5

Can I bring my data from another CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The migration wizard accepts CSV files or a zip with contacts, companies, deals, activities and notes. It maps columns, turns unknown columns into custom fields, links relationships and shows a dry run report before anything is written. Migration is available on Starter and above.

Question 6

Can I undo a migration?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every migration run can be undone, which removes the records that run created. You also get a report CSV of what happened.

Question 7

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid plans can export lists to CSV or Excel, and administrators can create a full organization export. The Free plan does not include exports, so choose a paid plan or use the trial before you need to leave.

Question 8

What happens if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

A downgrade never deletes data. Existing records stay, and the lower plan limits new records and actions that need a higher plan.

Question 9

How are permissions handled?

Accepted Answer

All plans include Admin, Manager, Standard and Read-only roles. Business adds custom roles with per-record-type permissions, hidden or read-only fields, teams and territories. Rules are enforced in the database.

Question 10

Is my data separated from other customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every business record belongs to an organization and row-level rules in the database keep each organization's data separate.
