Export or erase everything about a contact and keep a request log.

Handle a data request
- 1Open Settings > Privacy requests (admins).
- 2Log the request with the contact and due date.
- 3Select Export to download all data about the contact.
- 4Or select Erase to remove the contact and related activities, list memberships, campaign events, form submissions and chats. A minimal non-personal audit entry is kept.
- 5Mark the request done.
Field history and backups
Each record shows a history of field changes. Daily automatic backups run, and full data export is available on every paid plan.
