Move from another CRM with a dry run first, or import a CSV.

Migrate from another CRM

1Open Settings > Import and choose Migrate from another CRM.
2Upload CSV files or a zip with contacts, companies, deals, activities and notes.
3Map columns. Unknown columns can become custom fields.
4Map stages and owners.
5Run the dry run and read the report.
6Start the migration. You can download a report, and Undo migration reverses it.

Migration is available on paid plans. Free can use the simple import.
