Integrations, API and webhooks

API keys

1. 1Open Settings > Integrations (admins).
2. 2Create a key, name it and choose read or read and write per object.
3. 3Copy it right away. It is shown only once. You can rotate or revoke it later.

Webhooks

Add an endpoint URL and choose events. Every delivery is signed, retried with backoff and logged. Endpoints that keep failing are disabled and admins are notified.

Automation tools and Slack

• Polling triggers and create or update actions work with common automation tools.
• Slack notifications post chosen events to a channel. Use the test button to check.

By plan

Starter: read-only API and Slack, 60 requests a minute. Growth: read and write API, webhooks and automation, 120 a minute. Business: 600 a minute and delivery log export. Full docs are on the Developers page.
