Clientwright is an installable web app. You add it from your browser, not from an app store. It is included on every plan, including Free.
Install on Android, Windows, Mac or Chromebook
- 1Open Clientwright in your browser and sign in.
- 2Select Install on the banner at the top of the app, or use the install option in your browser menu.
- 3Clientwright opens in its own window and gets an icon on your home screen or desktop.
Install on iPhone or iPad
- 1Open Clientwright in Safari and sign in.
- 2Tap the Share button.
- 3Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
If you dismiss the install banner, it stays hidden for you on that device.
What works offline
- Contacts, companies, deals and tickets you opened recently, and tasks assigned to you. Up to 200 of each are saved on the device.
- A saved copy is labeled Offline, showing saved copy from with the time it was saved.
- Fields your role hides are never saved on the device.
- Help articles you viewed, plus the getting started guides. Ask a question shows Needs a connection until you are back online.
Log while offline
- 1Tap Quick log in the bar at the bottom of your phone screen, or open a saved record.
- 2Choose call, note or task, add a subject and save.
- 3You can also tick a task done.
Your changes wait on the device. The header shows how many are waiting. When you reconnect they are sent once, in the order you made them, and checked against the normal workspace rules.
If something needs review
If a record was deleted, or someone changed a task after you saved it, the change is marked Needs review. Nothing is overwritten. Choose Apply my change or Discard.
Clearing saved data
Saved copies and waiting changes are removed when you sign out, switch organization, or are removed from the workspace. To clear them yourself, open Settings > My sign-in and select Clear offline data.
