What it does

Summaries of contacts, companies, deals and tickets.
Email drafts in the tone and length you choose. Nothing is sent without your review.
Next best action with one-click task creation.
Ticket reply drafts that cite your published articles (Growth and Business).
Plain-language search that turns your words into editable filters (Growth and Business).

Your monthly allowance

Each paid user adds AI actions to a pool shared by the whole workspace: Starter 100, Growth 300, Business 750 per user per month. Free has none. The trial uses the Growth amount.

1Open AI usage to see "used of total" and the reset date.
2When the pool is used up, AI pauses until next month. You are never charged extra.

Privacy

The assistant only sees records and fields you are allowed to see. Admins can turn AI off for the workspace. Prompts are deleted after 90 days and are never used for training.

This Help assistant is separate and never uses your workspace allowance.
